Looking for a smaller place to host a private event?  We have just the room for you to rent.  
These rooms hold 40 to 50 people and will provide you with the comfort and privacy for any
event.  Ideal for birthdays, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, and corporate functions.  Let us
do all the planning and preparation with no hassles or clean up when the event is finished.

    throughout the bar.  
  • Happy Hour drink specials everyday from 4 to 8pm.
  • Happy Hour Appetizer Menu Sunday - Friday from 4 to 8pm.
  • Karaoke at Shimmers Tavern on Wednesday & Thursday from 9 to 1.
  • Every Friday and Saturday Shimmers Tavern features live bands that play your
    favorite songs.    NEW THIS SUMMERS:  Fridays in July & August - Shimmers Tavern
    will feature a DJ playing great dance music along with Karaoke.
  • Texas Hold'Em on Wednesday at 7pm.  Located in the Café Room.
  • Returning this fall - open Mic night on Sunday from 7 to 11pm.
  • Whether you are planning a wedding, anniversary, retirement, birthday, or corporate
    function, Shimmers will be happy to work with you to create an occasion to remember.
  • We also host special events in our ballroom such as Boomers Dance Club, corn hole
    tournaments, NWF-Northern Wrestling Federation, live bands and much more.  We are
    here to accommodate any special needs your event may require.
